Wondering where to begin? Start with a free consultation or read through our FAQs.
Our admissions relationship always begins with a meeting with parents and the student. We will discuss college choice, test prep, development in activities and service, high school course selection and grades, and teacher relationships for letters of recommendation. By the end of the meeting, we will have addressed the parents’ and student’s questions, introduced a timeline for college applications, highlighted student follow-up actions, and given guidance on an appropriate college list.
The initial consultation can be stand alone and is also a required first step for all families who seek ongoing admissions consulting. For ongoing meetings, families can work with me on an as-needed basis, or using packages (see below).
With the concierge package, Christina guides the way through the admissions process as the project lead, starting as early as spring of sophomore year and scheduling the student in for as many sessions as needed between the beginning of the relationship and late fall/ early winter of senior year to complete all tasks relevant to high school success and college admissions, including but not limited to:
Choosing course work
Planning activities and summer programs to support the student’s goals
Applying for summer programs
Guidance and planning for school research and visits
Ongoing dialogue and strategic advice about developing the college list
Preparing surveys for the high school guidance office and teacher recommenders
Coaching the student in brainstorming, writing and editing the Personal Essay plus all supplemental and honors college school essays.
Creating a master application plan and timeline
Filling out the Common App/Coalition App (including aligning with the high school software and preparing the activities list)
This 8 or 12 school package is a limited engagement appropriate for a student who has completed the personal essay and is prepared to apply to college with a list of either 8 or 12 colleges. Families can add the personal essay package to this application package.
Timing: Sessions will not begin before late summer of the student’s senior year.
Cost: This package ranges between $4800-$6300 for up to 12 school applications

““Christina was a thoughtful, creative, and calming presence throughout the application process. Her regular sessions kept my son on track with his essays and applications, and her good advice helped him navigate his way through a stressful period. With her help, he got into a school that he is very excited to attend next fall.””
““Christina is amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, smart, helpful and responsive. My daughter got into her first choice college, which was a stretch!””
““Christina served as an inspiring motivator to our daughter during this very stressful and time consuming process. She gave amazing advice and really was a huge confidence building presence! We are new to the process and knowing Christina was on the job alleviated a lot of anxiety for us. We highly recommend Christina to anyone tackling the college admission process!””
““My son worked with Christina for both SAT prep and college advising and applications. We started working with her face to face, before the pandemic, and continued seamlessly online via Zoom. She was amazing from start to finish - knowledgeable, pragmatic, patient. She gave him solid, actionable advice, pushed him to take practice tests, start applications early, and check his work. She was available for questions when needed and cheered him from start to finish, but without coddling him or telling him only what he wanted to hear. My son truly enjoyed working with her; I think having her as a resource helped ease his anxiety about the college process. She is also a lovely person and was one of the first people we wanted to tell when he got into each school and finally made his decision! I highly recommend using a college coach to help keep you and your child on track for applications - I think using Christina helped prevent a lot of friction between me and my son during a stressful time. I can’t recommend her highly enough! Thank you, Christina!””
